6. Winner NotificationWinners will be contacted using the information provided during checkout.If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Trade Tools Competitions reserves the right to redraw the prize.
7. Prize DeliveryPrizes will be delivered free of charge within mainland UK unless otherwise stated.Trade Tools Competitions is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Prize SubstitutionIf a prize becomes unavailable, Trade Tools Competitions reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

10. LiabilityTrade Tools Competitions shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in any competition except where required by law.Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. PrivacyPersonal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.Entrants agree that their first name and county may be used when announcing winners unless otherwise requested.
12. GeneralTrade Tools Competitions reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.Any disputes will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
